  • Free delivery within Nairobi CBD.
  • A flat shipping fee of Ksh 300 applies for deliveries to other towns in Kenya.
• Tanzania:
  • Shipping charges range from Ksh 800 to Ksh 1,000, depending on the courier service.
• Uganda:
  • Shipping charges range from Ksh 1,200 to Ksh 1,400, depending on the courier service.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Kenya:
  • Orders placed before 12 noon are delivered within 1 day.
  • Orders placed after 12 noon may take up to 2 days, depending on the distance.
• Tanzania & Uganda:
  • Deliveries typically take 1 to 2 days, depending on the courier service.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched within the same business day if placed before 12 noon.
• Orders placed after 12 noon are processed the next business day.
